A growing digital marketing team is seeking an experienced SEM Team Lead for a direct hire opportunity in Cherry Hill, NJ. As the SEM Team Lead, you will guide SEO and paid search initiatives while mentoring marketing team members and collaborating with content, web, and marketing partners. Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of SEO and paid search specialists.
- Create and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, search rankings, and online visibility.
- Manage, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and paid search campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
- Analyze campaign data, website performance, and search trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement AI tools, automation, and marketing technology solutions to increase efficiency and results.
- Partner with marketing, content, and web development teams to support digital growth initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Full-time.
- Location: Hybrid in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Lead SEO and SEM strategy across organic search and paid search channels.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, advertising budgets, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Guide team priorities, campaign execution, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on content, website, analytics, and lead generation projects.

- 3+ years of SEO, SEM, or digital marketing experience.
- Experience managing paid search campaigns and advertising budgets.
- Proven leadership, coaching, or team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, keyword strategy, and search analytics.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar digital marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on campaign management with strategic planning and team leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

- Agency experience.
- Google Ads certification.
- Google Analytics certification.
- Experience using AI-powered marketing tools or automation platforms.
- Experience leading SEO and paid media initiatives in a fast-paced advertising, marketing, or PR services environment.
