IT Software Engineer

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We need someone who can work confidently in large codebases using GitHub and Sourcegraph to trace dependencies, understand behavior, and manage branches, pull requests, and reviews.
• Were looking for hands-on experience building applications and user interfaces; coursework, internships, or personal projects are acceptable.
• We want familiarity with full-stack development using React, Go, Node.js, Python, and SQL.
• We require experience deploying applications in a corporate IT environment.
• We need an understanding of centralized authentication and MFA systems.
• Were looking for comfort with local development workflows and debugging.
• We require experience with integration testing before deployment.
• We value strong organizational and written communication skills.
• We want a proactive approach to documenting open questions and clarifying requirements.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, or Retool.
• Nice-to-have: basic knowledge of enterprise identity protocols such as SAML and OAuth2.
