Job Opportunity: BC/BE Physician for Hospitalist Locum Coverage
We are looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician to provide locum coverage for a hospitalist position in Louisiana. This opportunity will commence in December and will continue on an ongoing basis.
Work Schedule- Shifts include both days and nights: 7 AM - 7 PM and 7 PM - 7 AM
- Average daily patient census: 17-19
- Nighttime admissions: approximately 10
- Staffing includes 1 MD and 1 NP during night shifts
- Open ICU with Pulmonary Critical Care support available
- No procedures or codes required; the Emergency Department handles codes
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system: Epic
