Production Associate
Full-time
Job Description Responsible for finishing and packing bumpers. Essential Functions:

- Loads bumpers onto paint line.
- Unloads bumpers from paint line to finishing table.
- Polishes, wraps, and prepares bumpers for shipping.
- Box and band outgoing bumpers.
- Must be able to organize all aspects of the assembly process.
- Perform inspection on product utilizing total quality concepts.
- Accurately report daily activities and production data as directed.
- Conduct required quality checks.
- Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards.
- Exercise safe working habits while operating machines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Must possess a high level of attention to details.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Prior production assembly experience, 1-2 yrs. preferred
- Ability to work overtime, as production demands require.
- Must pass drug and alcohol screen and remain drug free throughout the term of employment.
- Must follow all safety practices and policies.
- Constant standing, walking, reaching, balancing, cervical spine motion, lower extremities, and simple grasp.
- Frequent use of firm grasping, fine manipulation, and pitching.
- Frequent forward bending, squatting, kneeling, and climbing.
- Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs.
- Non-temperature-controlled manufacturing facility.
- Must wear appropriate PPE
