We are working with a rapidly expanding residential service company. Our client is looking for an Assistant General Manager to lead their team in their Las Vegas market. This position will focus on growing sales and profits while developing a management team and field professional s l s .Areas of focus inclu de:Full P&L responsibilit iesDevelop plans and strategies to improve the overall performance of the reg ionIncrease market presence through innovative sales techniq uesRecruit sales and production teams using active recruiting meth odsCoach and develop sales & service team using hands-on training meth odsMonitor and review performance standards weekly with sales & service te amsGrow customer sales base in residential and commercial mark etsWork as a liaison with various Home Office representati vesCreate goals and objectives for the Management team to assume added responsibilit iesEnsure monthly and annual sales quotas are achie ved Requirements include a minimum of five years’ Region, General, or Branch Management experience in a service-related industry that may include pest control, courier/package delivery, uniform, lawn care, security/protective services, car rental, restoration or mitigation or catastrophe, plumbing, HVAC, and other related fie fields.
