Job Summary
UniTherm International is looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a high-volume outbound calling position focused on generating leads for our sales team.
If you're comfortable talking to people, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and aren't afraid to pick up the phone, we'd love to meet you. Previous industrial sales experience is a plus, but all experience levels are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound cold calls per day
- Qualify leads and gather customer information
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes in CRM/software
- Follow up with prospects through phone and email
- Meet daily and weekly call and lead generation goals
Qualifications
- All experience levels welcome
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and email)
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Industrial or B2B sales experience is a plus, but not required
