Executive Director, Urban Redevelopment & Housing Strategy

Keyportonline is searching for an Executive Director to lead the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency (JCRA). This role involves managing day-to-day operations, overseeing the execution of housing and redevelopment projects, and negotiating complex agreements with a variety of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate development and affordable housing finance, along with strong negotiation skills and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
