Vice President of Marketing About the Company Ambitious provider of fiber-based infrastructure services Industry Telecommunications Type Privately Held, VC-backed Employees 501-1000 Funding $11-$25 million About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to lead the strategic and transformational marketing efforts for its fiber-based communications services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, including internal and external marketing, brand, positioning, product marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, communications, sales enablement, customer lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, analytics, and agency management. This role demands a hands-on leader with a proven track record in building and leading high-performing marketing organizations, defining market stories, and creating scalable go-to-market engines that drive revenue growth and market penetration. The VP of Marketing will also be tasked with leading brand strategy, product marketing, and integrated demand generation programs, as well as overseeing digital marketing and field and channel marketing initiatives. Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive marketing leadership experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in telecom, fiber, broadband, connectivity, technology, or similarly complex B2B growth environments.
