We are currently seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) instructor who is passionate about teaching and developing the next generation of caregivers. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging classroom and clinical instruction aligned with curriculum objectives. Supervise students in a clinical setting and ensure safe, effective patient care practices. Evaluate student performance through skills testing, exams, and observations. Provide feedback, support, and mentorship to help students succeed. Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and required documentation. Ensure compliance with state and program guidelines. Qualifications Current LPN or RN license in good standing Minimum of 2 years nursing experience At least 1 year experience in long‑term care setting Completion of an LNA Train‑the‑Trainer program, or willingness to complete upon hiring. (Required per NH Board of Nursing) Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Passion for education and student success Preferred Qualifications Prior teaching, precepting, or staff development experience Familiarity with adult education principles and higher education teaching Supervisory experience and proficiency in using LMS platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr
