What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert nursing care in ICU settings following established protocols.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient information accurately using Epic software.
• Adapt care behaviors to meet the unique needs of diverse patient populations.
• Educate patients and families on treatments and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with safety and infection control standards.

What You Need:

• Current RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, including Epic documentation
• BLS, ACLS, and CPI certification (12-month Blue Card)
• Excellent communication and judgment skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
