Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager who is highly motivated, has pride in their work, and can create and manage a fun working environment. We want an Assistant Manager who will internalize a “this is my store" mentality and take pride in its success. There is no specific formula for work history or education required just a willingness to learn, grow and succeed. The ideal candidate will possess the skills listed below:
- Provide customers with outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Have an exceptionally strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Be extremely personable, energetic, patient and enjoy working with the public.
- Have excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Money handling skills including registers, cash balancing and deposits.
- Be very adept at managing stress while working quickly and efficiently in a busy environment.
- Can maintain a clean as you go mentality.
- Has open availability and flexible to change.
