Commission Opportunities

• Schedule HVAC System Replacement estimate- $50 if scheduled to our standard and sells after the fact.
• HVAC System Replacement unsold estimate outreach: $300 per sale
• Booking inbound direct leads (Angi leads, yelp leads, etc): bonus based off booking percentage
• Unsold estimate outreach for all maintenance/service jobs ran by techs: $30 per booked appointment.  Very long list!
• Review outreach: $20 per review collected.  Endless list!

What You’ll Do

• Spend the majority of your day making outbound calls and some inbound calls.
  Lead the office inside-sales efforts
• Schedule the highest priority opportunities (commission linked)
• Respond/reach out to inbound leads in less than 1 minute as they come in (commission linked)
• Outbound calling to rehash unsold estimates/unsold work (commission linked)
• Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and office staff
• Enter and manage information in company systems
• Provide outstanding customer service over the phone
• Help create a positive experience for every customer interaction

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods (8–10 hours daily)
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software
• Team player who can also work independently
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background checks and regular drug testing
• Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed
• Reliable transportation to Columbia, MD
