Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Washington, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school healthcare settings
• Prior work with K-12th grade students preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs
• Strong organizational skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech-language disorders
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services within the school setting, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and participation
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports as required
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise in speech and language development
• Stay current with best practices and state guidelines for school-based therapy services
