READY TO JOIN US?Here's the info you should know: Basic Requirements to Join Our Team as a Journeyman Ironworker: You must be a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized Citizen. You must have at least 3 years of experience as an ironworker erecting steel. You must have your own tools. How We Take Care of Our Journeyman Ironworkers: We offer a competitive pay range of $32 to $42 per hour, based on experience. Generous per diem compensation for candidates outside of the project area of $600 - $700 per week. Overtime available - 50 - 60 hours of work per week.
