About the Position

Job Title: RN Labor and Delivery Profession: RN Labor and Delivery Specialty: RN Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 3 years of Labor and Delivery/Perinatal experience in high-volume delivery service License: Registered Nurse license Certifications: BLS Provider certification, Neonatal Resuscitation certification, Advanced Life Support certification, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification Must-Have: 2 years minimum of Labor and Delivery/Perinatal experience in high-volume delivery service Description: This is a Level IV Client Designation facility. It consists of 20 labor, delivery, recovery suites, 4 C-section suites, and 10 triage rooms. Additionally, there are 51 Mother-Baby couplet rooms and 14 monitored ante-partum rooms. This facility is an academic teaching service as well as a large private obstetrics practice. It provides high-risk, fast-paced delivery services with more than 500 deliveries per month. There is 24-hour in-house attending obstetric coverage, anesthesia coverage, and NICU coverage. A perinatal transport program is also available. The facility is expanding to a new Women's Tower in early 2026. BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications are required.
