Currently seeking an Onsite Employee Services (HR) Generalist to support the Idaho Market. The Apex Service Partners Employee Services (HR) Generalist supports the day-to-day operations of the Employee Services department. The ESG will promote HR practices andobjectivesthat provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Employee Services, the ESS will support the implementation of services, policies, and program, andassistteam members with HR initiatives. This role is Hybrid and based in Caldwell, with monthly travel across the Idaho Region. Duties/Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department for multiple locations/entities, including data entry, application support, filing, reporting, managing email inboxes,maintainingemployee records, and answering basic HR related inquiries from employees via email and over the phone. Manage the hiring process for new employees by running background screenings and issuing drug screenings, tracking hiring compliance againstanticipatedstart dates, completing all pre-hire screenings, and ensuring candidates complete all required compliance documents and processes. Communicate and coordinate start dates, equipment and system access setup, uniform issuance, and completion of new hire paperwork, across multiple companies/locations. The primary system of record is ADP. Lead virtual orientation for regional new hire classes, ensuring a top-notch employee experience. Coordinate and lead Safety initiatives, pairing with site teams, regional teams, and TPA teams tomaintainand secure location, fleet, and employee safety initiatives. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives to support retention efforts within the region, leading training, employee connections, 30/60/90-day feedback sessions and resolving basic employee complaints. Pair withDirectorto investigate, report on, and resolve legal, compliance and employee relations issues, as they arise. Experience/Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in an HR related role, with emphasis on onboarding/orientation/employee engagement 1-2 years of experience in basic employee conflict resolution processes Experience in ADP and iCIMS Experience with employee/customer facilitation, interactions, and correspondence Strong customer service skills Experience with employee training and development programs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and superior attention to detail Ability to multi-task, work independently, andmaintainconfidentiality Strong computer skills includingproficiencywith Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Personal Characteristics: Analytical - finds meaning and action in numbers, and is data-driven Excellent communicator - written and oral Stellar time management and organizational skills Resourceful - figures out how to achieve results creatively with finite resources Thrives in a nimble, lean, unstructured, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Works collaboratively and energetically Impeccable integrity and ethical standards Self-aware, accepting, honest, open, and respectful of others Ability to create and execute on processes for professionalizing family-owned businesses using best practices An undying commitment to personal growth and development What We Offer! PAY TRANSPARENCY:

The annual pay opportunity for this role ranges $60K-$65K DOE (Performance Bonus Opportunity). The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
