General Production Worker

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking dependable and motivated individuals for a General Production Labor position in the Newmarket, NH area. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates looking to gain manufacturing experience, with on-the-job training provided. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials onto punch press machines.
• Perform basic punch press operations following training and qualification requirements.
• Stamp patterns onto metal products according to production specifications and requirements.
• Complete general production and manufacturing duties as assigned.
• Perform breakout and deburring operations to remove excess material and ensure product quality.
• Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 15 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms.
• Comfortable working in a production or manufacturing environment.
