Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Little Rock, AR

We’re currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Little Rock , AR , and help deliver high-quality, individualized care to the families we serve.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation:

• $80,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience and caseload)

• Performance-based bonus opportunities

Job Types:

Full-time · Part-time · Contract

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs delivering ABA services

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed

• Collaborate with families to support progress and generalization of skills

• Ensure documentation and services meet clinical and compliance standards

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification (required)

• Experience in ABA therapy (clinical leadership a plus, but not required)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Commitment to client-centered care and teamwork

Location:

• Primary service area: Little Rock, AR

• Hybrid model: in-home in School services with flexibility for remote documentation
