A line pauses—within minutes you’ve traced the fault through a three‑phase circuit, swapped a component, verified against the schematic, and the product is flowing again. We’re hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance professional to own hands-on maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and facility upkeep that keeps production running safely and efficiently.

Pay Range: $25–$35/hr DOE

• Perform advanced mechanical and electrical repairs on production and facility assets
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical failures quickly and safely
• Interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, mechanical drawings, and hydraulic/electrical schematics
• Complete root cause analyses for recurring equipment issues
• Execute preventive maintenance on machines, motors, tools, and supporting systems
• Coordinate PMs and corrective work with plant supervisors to minimize downtime
• Communicate repair progress and equipment condition to the maintenance manager
• Operate tools and test equipment safely during service activities

• 5–10+ years of industrial machinery maintenance and electrical experience in manufacturing
• Strong capabilities across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Proven troubleshooting and failure analysis for production and facility equipment
• Self-directed work style with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of single- and three‑phase power, hydraulic circuits, and pneumatic systems (including air compressors)
• Organizational strengths for parts control, equipment documentation, and time management
• Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite for logging, reporting, and planning

• Frequent movement: walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active motions
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Comfort working for extended periods in hot areas and in environments with dust present

• Facilities maintenance experience
• Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Mechanical troubleshooting and component repair
• Pneumatics experience and troubleshooting
