The role
thirdweb is looking for an exceptional Product Designer to join the team. You’ll design thoughtful experiences across variety of products including the Dashboard, Connect SDK, Contracts, Engine, Insights and our brand new universal blockchain interface, Nebula.
You’ll design developer experiences that help web3 teams build, manage and optimize the apps they build using our tools. You’ll also design delightful and easy-to-use end user experiences that can be directly embedded into our developer’s applications.
You’ll need to balance rigorous product thinking with thoughtfully crafted experiences to help define the standard for great design in web3. You’ll work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and GTM in fast, iterative cycles with low-ego.

What you’ll be doing:
- Work closely with our Design Lead and help thirdweb create seamless and thoughtful experiences for our users, as well as push the design bar in the web3 space as a whole.
- Execute the end-to-end product design process, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Proactively identify blockers, opportunities and improvements to products
- Partner strategically with Product and Engineering to drive strategy, product decisions and roadmap priorities
- Conduct user interviews and tests, and action on the insights learned
- Organize and lead design reviews for your product areas
What we're looking for:
- ≥3 years of product design experience at a consumer-focused tech company
- Passion for design, design thinking and ability to think through complex design problems
- Proven track record of successfully working with engineering&product to ship designs
- Experience with Design Systems (experience with Software Engineering is a plus)
- Ability to own end-to-end design process from initial concepts to final implementation
- A strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Strong visual and interaction design skills
- Knowledge of Web3 consumer products and trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - you are able to explain your design decisions and strategy with clear rationale and storytelling
- Low ego and open-minded to receive and give constructive feedback
- Ownership mentality to take total accountability for outcomes
Pay&Benefits:
The annual US base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000. You’ll also get additional benefits that include:
