Castelion is seeking an Instructional Designer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality training programs across manufacturing, engineering, quality, safety, and operations. You will partner with SMEs to translate complex processes into engaging, competency-based learning experiences for a fast-paced aerospace environment. The role requires collaboration, instructional design expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring training aligns with AS9100, OSHA, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Castelion
