What’s In It For You Site Location: Santa Clara, CA Set schedule: Full-time, 32 - 40 hours per week Saturday / Sunday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm. Monday - Wednesday, 10:00pm - 6:30am Thursday - Sunday, 10:00pm - 6:30am Competitive hourly wage of $34 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!) A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, disability coverage, and life insurance options Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities Of a Security Shift Supervisor Supervise the security team on your given shift Train new officers Help manage schedules to make sure you have zero dark posts during your shift Act as a liaison between staff and management, ensuring client security requirements are met Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors Manage access control Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Answer questions in person or by phone Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications For Security Shift Supervisor You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process) Be authorized to work in the U.S. Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED Must have at minimum one year of corporate security supervisor experience. Preferably two years. Must be 21 years of age Must have active driver's license Please include your most up to date security supervisor experience Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
