Develops and communicates a plan of care for each patient in collaboration with the patient, family, and significant others. Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment. Evaluates identified problems, care provided, and patient responses to ensure overall quality of care. Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided. The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing upon hire Minimum of 1 year operating room experience upon hire Current FL RN license upon hire Current American Heart Association ACLS Certification or RQI upon hire, then renewed quarterly per RQI protocols Current American Heart Association BLS Certification or RQI upon hire, then renewed quarterly per RQI protocols Pay Range: $32.76 - $57.47 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law) Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening , including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
