We are seeking a motivated, organized, and personable  Part-Time Lead Follow-Up Specialist to join our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and helping turn opportunities into appointments. You will be responsible for following up with buyer and seller leads, maintaining an organized database, and scheduling qualified appointments for our team.

Real estate experience is a plus, but is  not required . We are looking for the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Training will be provided.

Requirements

• Reliable laptop or computer.
• Dependable high-speed internet.
• Quality headset for phone calls.
• Ability to demonstrate communication skills during the interview process.

Compensation

• Follow up with buyer and seller leads by phone.
• Build rapport and maintain professional communication with prospective clients.
• Determine each lead’s current buying or selling plans and timeline.
• Schedule qualified appointments on the team calendar.
• Update lead notes, contact information, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Keep the database organized, accurate, and up to date.
• Consistently follow established scripts, systems, and follow-up processes.
• Meet daily and weekly follow-up goals.
