Match Staffing is looking for Electrical Technicians, where you'll engage in electrical assembly.  This role offers a chance to develop diverse skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment. A Job Requirements: Ability to read and interpret Blueprints and Bills of Materials (BOMs)Proficient in mechanical assembly using hand/power tools (drills, impact guns, levels, etc.)Experience operating material handling equipment  Exposure to electrical and plumbing systems (for assembly assistance ”not requiring licensed work)Skilled in sub-assembly work based on prints/drawings Familiar with packaging kits/parts per BOM or customer requirements Comfortable studying manuals, sketches, and specifications to determine sequence and setup Able to follow work instructions and assist in troubleshooting fit or assembly issues Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area**** Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience****This will be a first shift position Monday - Thursday. The pay starts @ 19 and up. It will be a temp to perm. This is a great opportunity that you don't want to miss out on.
