UniUni is growing rapidly, and our San Diego warehouse (located near Miramar) is constantly hiring reliable, self-motivated Independent Delivery Drivers. If you have your own vehicle, a smartphone, and a great work ethic, this is a fantastic opportunity to earn a steady income with consistent daily routes.

Our drivers load up early in the morning and deliver e-commerce packages directly to customers' doorsteps across the greater San Diego region.

Key Responsibilities

• Early Morning Arrival: Show up on time to the Miramar-area warehouse before 7:00 AM daily for package sorting and vehicle loading.
• Efficient Delivery: Safely and accurately deliver packages to the correct addresses stated on the shipping labels.
• App Utilization: Operate mapping software (Google Maps/Apple Maps) alongside the specialized UniUni driver application to navigate delivery routes.
• Proof of Delivery: Take clear, high-quality photos of completed deliveries according to company instructions as valid proof of delivery.
• Active Communication: Maintain consistent and proactive communication with the warehouse supervisor throughout your route.

Delivery Regions

Routes are optimized daily. Delivery regions include, but are not limited to:

• El Cajon
• La Mesa
• Spring Valley
• Greater San Diego areas

Requirements & Qualifications

• Vehicle: A reliable personal vehicle required (Cargo Van, Minivan, or standard Sedan/Car with sufficient trunk space).
• Documentation: Valid Driver’s License, active Auto Insurance, and a Social Security Number (SSN).
• Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold a valid U.S. Work Permit.
• Technology: Must own and be highly proficient with a smartphone and capable of navigating mapping apps.
• Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and dependable.
• Experience: Delivery experience is preferred, but not required —we will train the right people!
• Availability: Ready and willing to start ASAP.
