Prescreen + Auto Offer as long as RTO is less than 7 days and no holiday requests

CVICU:
Unit CVICU must have more than two years of experience. If a travel duo- must have their own vehicles and will not have same schedule. Clinician must take and pass dysrhythmia exam within two attempts prior to signing contract. If clinician fails to score 80% in two attempts, then they will be DNU for CS AZ and Sacramento for 6 months.


Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year.

Shifts & Scheduling 12 hrs 7/7
Weekend Requirement Will be required to work 2 weekend shifts per pay period (two weeks), this is not every other weekend. It could be every Friday night or every Saturday night depending on the needs of the unit. At times every other weekend may be possible but will be available at the discretion of Nursing Leadership
