This role requires strong communication with customers and subcontractors to ensure expectations are aligned and outcomes are met. The Project Manager is instrumental in delivering projects that are safe, timely, and profitable, while contributing to a more sustainable future for our waterways and communities.Essential Job Functions:Manage multiple projects according to contract specifications, company policies and procedures and safety requirements to ensure complianceResponsible for creation and execution of operational plans to ensure project success, including permitting, material, and equipment procurement, labor and subcontractor management, quality control, safety analysis, scheduling, system updates, and reporting.Manage expenses within KPI targets or project budgetsProvide excellent communication both written and verbally with customers, field teams, subcontractors and internal teamsCollaborate with sales and estimating team for initiation of new contracts and projectsMaintain consistency among corporate division, repair teams, subcontractors and customersFollows through on problems that may compromise effective job performance by using appropriate chain of command.Demonstrates the mission, vision, and core values of the organization through conduct, behavior, actions, and wordsMaintains positive working relationships and fosters cooperative work environment.Displays honesty and mutual respect when communicating with peers and other departments.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or equivalent preferred2+ years project management experience in the construction or environmental fieldStrong communication skills; proven experience managing customer expectations; knowledge in Lift Station management, or other relevant areas; Strong attention to detail with exceptional organization skills; experience with operations and personnel management.Location: Alexandria, INCategory: Construction ServicesFull-Time/Part-Time: Full-TimeExempt/Non-Exempt: ExemptNumber of Openings: 1Base Compensation Min: $25.00 / Hr.Base Compensation Max: $30.00 / Hr.EOE Statement: AQUALIS Stormwater Management is strongly committed to providing a work environment that is free from all forms of harassment, discrimination and inequality.
