You will have the opportunity to take pride in your work while building high-end spaces alongside a dedicated, supportive team.\n\nHow You Will Make an Impact\n\n Execute detailed carpentry tasks including wall, floor, ceiling, and roof framing with strict adherence to structural codes.\n Install high-end doors, windows, drywall, and sheathing to exact design specifications.\n Read and interpret architectural blueprints to plan daily tasks and accurately prepare cut sheets.\n Maintain level, square, and plumb standards across all phases of construction to ensure seamless transitions for subsequent trades.\n Communicate material requirements and project updates to supervisors in advance to eliminate job site delays.\n Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold exceptional standards of workmanship on every job.\n\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\n\n Minimum of 3 years of professional carpentry experience.\n Demonstrated proficiency in reading architectural plans and executing work from detailed blueprints.\n Deep understanding of structural codes, design intent, and carpenter math for level, square, and plumb requirements.\n Ownership of basic trade tools including circular saw, hammer, level and drill.\n Strong verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with supervisors and field team members.\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications & Experience\n\n High School Diploma or GED equivalent.\n Hands-on experience specializing in historic home restoration or custom residential remodeling.\n\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n\n Competitive hourly pay ranging from $30.00 to $34.00 per hour with overtime potential.\n Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options.\n 401(k) retirement savings plan with generous employer matching.\n Paid time off including holidays, vacation, and sick leave.\n Paid parental leave for maternity and paternity.\n Personal Tool Replacement Program and specialized equipment provided by the company.\n Ongoing training and certifications including OSHA, safety, lifts, and fall protection.\n Uniforms provided and company-sponsored team events.\n\n\nAbout Us\nCroghan Home LLC is a growing residential general contractor specializing in high-end historic restoration, fine remodeling, and custom additions across St. Louis.
