This pivotal role is focused on the execution of commercial real estate debt and equity transactions, with a strong emphasis on ensuring operational excellence, accuracy, and consistency throughout the closing process. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the closing process, managing all aspects of transaction execution, and collaborating with both internal investment teams and external counsel. Key tasks include reviewing and coordinating documentation for complex and high-volume transactions, driving workflow improvements, and managing multiple concurrent deals with precision and organization. Applicants for this role should be commercial real estate professionals with a minimum of 3 years' experience in transactions, ideally including 2-3 years in a Big Law CRE environment. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, the ability to operate autonomously, and a proven track record of managing multiple transactions simultaneously. Strong communication, collaboration, and technological skills are essential, with a preference for candidates who are proficient in Microsoft Office and open to leveraging AI.
