Requirements: Minimum 4+ years of forklift operating experience Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience with Amazon FBA and/or Walmart WFS shipping processes High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods Basic computer and RF scanner experience Strong attention to detail and reliability Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications: Order pulling / order selector experience Experience in high-volume warehouse environments (Amazon, FedEx, or similar) Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings

What You'll Do: Job Duties Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Label, organize, and store inventory Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory Lift and move boxes up to 4050 lbs Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
