Construction Laborer

Job Description

Seeking a construction laborer to assist with facilities maintenance and installation duties. All tools required to perform daily tasks are provided.

Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools to perform basic facilities maintenance and repairs, including basic carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, and painting tasks.
• Assist with the installation of skirting, ramps, steps, fencing, and other set-up components.
• Perform grounds and yard maintenance as needed, including organizing units, maintaining clear pathways, and supporting general site upkeep.

Essential Skills:

• At least 1 year of construction experience, which may include concrete labor, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools for maintenance, repair, and assembly tasks.
• Capability to work safely in a warehouse and yard environment in varying weather conditions.

Pay Rate:

• $19-$21/hr

Shift:

• 6am-2:30pm

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milford, MI.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
