About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Ivb Inc as a Front of House Hostess in Boardman, OH! This exciting role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

$1,000.00 CASH BONUS PAID AFTER 90 DAYS OF FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT...THIS HIRING INCENTIVE EXPIRES MONDAY JUNE 8, 2026.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Maintain an organized seating chart.
Assist in seating guests promptly.
Answer phone calls and handle inquiries with professionalism.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
Address guest concerns and feedback with a positive attitude.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a hostess or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service.
No late nights required...close at 9:00 p.m.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality standards.
