Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Construction Superintendent based in Columbus, NE. The Construction Superintendent will oversee and manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to established quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, supervising contractors, maintaining project timelines, managing budgets, and enforcing safety protocols to ensure a compliant and efficient work environment. Qualifications Strong expertise in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety protocols Excellent Organization Skills with the ability to manage schedules and resources effectively Experience in Budgeting and managing project costs within established limits Proven ability in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery Effective leadership and team coordination skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Familiarity with construction regulations, codes, and best practices Prior experience in a construction supervision role is highly advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
