Technical Writer

Description The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating equipment training documentation and work instructions that safely and effectively educate operators on equipment. This role will collaborate with R&D, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Environmental Health & Safety to ensure training materials comply with existing policies and procedures. Skills Technical writing, procedure development, Writing skills, Technical documentation, Content writing, Editing, Content strategy Additional Skills & Qualifications Software Skills and Purpose (if applicable): Highly proficient in Microsoft programs, Excel, Word, Office, PowerPoint. Moderate experience in Snagit, Copilot and Adobe content creation. Must be able to operator an iPad. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Hershey, PA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
