Our client is seeking a full-time on-site Skilled Direct and TTH Recruiter to work in their Bensenville location. The Skilled Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment process for professional roles, negotiating and finalizing job offers, and interviewing candidates. The Skilled Recruiter will also be responsible for sourcing and maintaining a high-quality candidate pipeline, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires the recruiter to work in office.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit qualified candidates for skilled direct-hire and temporary positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, internal databases, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, skills assessments, reference checks, and background screening as needed.
• Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, availability, work history, and client requirements.
• Match candidates to appropriate temporary and direct-hire opportunities.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated openings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting and placement process.
• Communicate job opportunities, pay rates, schedules, responsibilities, and expectations clearly to candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with the sales/account management team to understand client needs and recruiting priorities.
• Meet recruiting, placement, activity, and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with onboarding and pre-employment processes for temporary employees.
• Stay informed on local labor-market conditions, candidate availability, and compensation trends.
• Provide a high level of customer service to both candidates and clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a recruiter in a professional or industrial staffing firm
• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple professional roles
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with recruiting software (ATS)
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to staffing and recruitment
• Bachelor's degree or Certification is a plus

Benefits:

• Holiday Pay after completing 90 days of service; 8 hours for each of the 9 observed holidays.
• Health Insurance after completing 30 days of service Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance, or such other health insurance as generally obtain for the Company’s employees, with the Company paying 75% of the cost for Employee’s Healthcare Coverage.
• A Vision, Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability plan is provided after completing 30 days of service, with the Company paying 100% of the cost of the plan.
• PTO days are provided based on handbook schedule. Employees start with 8 days. Commissions available for successful Direct Hire placements or Sales Accounts secured.
