Role: AP Coordinator
Location: Danbury, CT
Compensation: $60-65K
Work Modality: 100% in-office
Join a fast-paced, innovative company that values collaboration, creativity, and delivering superior customer service. We are seeking an energetic and experienced AP Coordinator to support our client's growing Accounts Payable team in Danbury, CT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage AP inbox, review invoices, resolve vendor issues
- Prepare weekly disbursements, cash requirements, and bank transmissions
- Maintain vendor aging reports and perform account reconciliations
- Participate in process improvement initiatives across teams
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and provide support across Accounting department
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of progressive AP experience; retail/consumer goods a plus
- Strong technical skills including Excel, large data set management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Superior organizational skills to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to multitask and work independently and collaboratively
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent ERP/accounting system experience
