What You'll Do

• Administer acute hemodialysis treatments to hospitalized patients
• Provide dialysis care for ICU and medical-surgical patients
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after treatment
• Monitor treatment response, vascular access, and patient stability
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nephrologists and hospitalists
• Document all care activities accurately in electronic medical records
• Maintain infection control standards and hospital policies
• Foster positive, compassionate relationships with patients and colleagues

What You Need

Required:

• Current RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
• 2+ years recent acute dialysis experience
• ICU dialysis experience
• Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types and Tablo Hemodialysis System
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred:

• Experience with acute hemodialysis in critical care settings
• Familiarity with hospital protocols and interdisciplinary teamwork
