Senior Associate, Corporate Accounting | North of Boston (Hybrid) | 115K + bonus Our client, a highly regarded publicly traded investment management organization, is seeking a Senior Associate, Corporate Accounting to join its high-performing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to gain broad exposure across corporate accounting, financial reporting, liquidity management, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities Maintaining general ledger integrity, reconciliations, and intercompany activity Supporting monthly and quarterly close processes Preparing financial reporting and financial statement disclosures Assisting with cash forecasting, liquidity management, and intercompany funding activities Strengthening internal controls and supporting audit readiness Participating in accounting system enhancements and future-state implementations Driving process improvement, automation, and technology-enabled solutions across accounting workflows Ideal Candidates Bachelor's degree in Accounting 3-5+ years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in public accounting Strong knowledge of financial reporting and general ledger accounting Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities Experience within asset management, financial services, or consulting environments is a plus A proactive mindset with an interest in process improvement, automation, and emerging AI tools This position offers strong career growth, significant visibility across the organization, a collaborative team culture, competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and a hybrid work schedule. #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley And Associates, LLC
