Job Title: Product Manager Agency: 640 SERVICE OKLAHOMA Supervisory Organization: Digital Experience Job Type: Regular, Full time Compensation: $65,000 annually. The Service Oklahoma offers a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; a 7% match in a Defined Contribution retirement plan; 11 paid holidays; 15 days of paid annual leave that increases with service; 15 days of paid sick leave; and longevity payments based on years of service. Position Summary The Product Manager oversees the full lifecycle of a product, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs while improving the overall digital experience. Position Responsibilities Works closely with the Digital Experience Manager, UI/UX Designer, developers and other stakeholders to align product strategy with business and customer goals. Provides clear, well‑written functional requirements to developers so desired outcomes are achieved. Identifies new opportunities that align with the product vision to add to the backlog while managing current projects through the product lifecycle to keep the roadmap progressing. Interacts with customers and staff to understand their experience, sharing insights with the Director Experience, Digital Experience Manager and UI/UX Designer to uncover improvement opportunities. Ensures product deliverables meet quality standards, customer needs and business objectives. Develops post‑launch support documentation and strategies to ensure smooth delivery and minimal disruptions. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to understand goals, needs, and outcomes to create solutions that solve problems and improve digital experience for customers. Ability to make data‑driven decisions, solve problems and evaluate issues to ensure products are delivered successfully. Knowledge of industry changes and exploration of all solution possibilities. Skilled in reviewing feedback and gathering data necessary to influence and support solutions. Skilled in product management methodologies and their successful application. Education & Experience A bachelor’s degree in business administration in any field, or two (2) years of product‑management experience, or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preference May Be Given To Candidates Who Have five (5) years of experience in product management in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. Special Requirements The schedule may vary and require flexibility, including early or late shifts, weekends, and occasional overtime, based on agency needs. Occasional travel may be required; employee must be willing and able to perform all job‑related travel. State vehicles may be available, though reliable personal transportation may be required for local travel. This position works in a comfortable office setting with a computer for the majority of the workday.
