Job Summary

The Field Technician will be responsible for delivering great field service to customers by taking technical measurements prior to the installation of products.

General Responsibilities

• Service and adjust all products sold by Gunton Corporation and National Accounts.
• Respond to urgent jobs based on priority status.
• Discuss and review Customer Satisfaction Survey with each customer.
• Maintain adequate parts and tool inventory on a well‑organized, maintained, and professional vehicle.
• Effectively communicate all service activities to the customer, including time of visit.
• Maintain accurate, neat, and organized paperwork, including timecards and service orders.
• Convey a neat, clean, friendly, and professional appearance.

Reporting Relationship

Reports to Service Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to climb and work on a ladder up to 40 feet in height
• Ability to work off a 60-foot lift

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior service experience with in‑home repair or installation
