Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support across various legal disciplines, including company policies, Medicaid guidelines, other Personal Care Insurance entities, Audits and Subpoena's. Your expertise will help streamline company compliance, facilitate legal research, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of legal documentation. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses strong research and writing skills, and has experience with legal administrative systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in keeping all company policies up to date and compliant with State and Federal guidelines.
• Draft documentation pertaining to external Audits and Subpoenas.
• Keep all company records up to date, filed, and organized.
• Assist with Administrational meetings, company wide meetings, and communications with other staff members on the daily basis.
  
• Support Administrators in day to day duties or tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience with document management systems like Google Docs or similar platforms; excellent organizational skills are essential.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear legal documents; proofreading and transcription abilities are highly valued.
• Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail; project management skills are advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette; capable of conducting meetings and interviews.
• Familiarity with medical legal administrative experience including data entry, filing procedures, and document review processes.
