What You'll Do:

As an Acquisitions Specialist, you'll focus on generating new business opportunities while helping prospective customers understand their insurance options.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engage with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, referrals, and community outreach
• Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Schedule and conduct follow-up conversations with prospective customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Collaborate with team members to support agency growth
• Track daily activity and maintain accurate customer records
• Follow agency procedures and insurance compliance requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent follow-up skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations with prospective customers
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to obtain applicable state insurance licenses
• Insurance experience is a plus but not required
