If you are the technician everyone in your shop relies on, this position is for you.
We are looking for a Ford-certified technician who can diagnose correctly, work efficiently, and produce consistent hours without supervision. This is not an entry-level position. We are hiring for an experienced, production-driven technician who takes pride in fixing vehicles properly the first time.
If you are comfortable flagging 50–80+ hours per week and want to be paid accordingly, we should talk.
Compensation
Annual income ranges from $75,000 to $150,000+, depending on skill level and production.

What We're Looking For
- Current Ford certification (STST preferred or actively working toward it)
- Strong diagnostic ability, including electrical and drivability
- Experience with Ford IDS and/or FDRS
- Power Stroke diesel experience preferred
- Hybrid and EV experience a plus
- Ability to complete major repairs independently
- Proper documentation and warranty compliance
- Professional attitude and team mindset
- Own tools
- Valid driver's license
If you require constant direction or struggle with diagnostics, this will not be a good fit.
