Role Overview: As a Service Manager at M&K Truck Centers, you will lead our service teams in delivering exceptional service experiences for our customers. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our teams meet and exceed customer expectations. Expectations and Responsibilities: Customer Focus : Monitor service trends to implement improvements and collaborate with your team to develop processes that enhance the overall service experience. Team Leadership : Promote growth and development within your team by fostering open communication, problem-solving, and a positive work environment. Mentor future leaders and provide regular coaching and feedback. Operational Excellence : Take ownership of your service center’s performance by driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team productivity and customer service. Champion safety, efficiency, and quality in all operations. Financial Management : Understand business metrics and lead daily operations to achieve productivity, quality, and revenue goals. Develop a deep knowledge of M&K products, service systems, and procedures to act in the best interest of the company. Essential Qualifications: Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing diverse roles, including overseeing multi-shift operations with 15+ direct reports. Operational Experience: Proven track record in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with strong customer-facing responsibilities related to field and technical repairs. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Strong leadership and team collaboration skills. Must have at least 3 years of management experience Background in Sales is a plus.
