This role is accountable for day‐to‐day supervision, staff performance management, workflow oversight, and compliance with regulatory and professional standards governing case management practice.The Supervisor supports high‐quality, patient‐centered care delivery by ensuring case management services are provided efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with ACMA Standards of Practice, CMS Conditions of Participation, payer requirements, and organizational policies.
