Schedule 3x12 hour shifts, Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a patient ratio of 1:5. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and have experience in medical surgical and telemetry care. This position requires adherence to hospital protocols, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care for medical surgical and telemetry patients. Monitor and interpret telemetry data and manage cardiac patients. Administer medications, perform assessments, and document care accurately. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. Respond to medical emergencies and facilitate patient safety. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of MS/Telemetry nursing experience. Active SC or multi-state compact RN license. Certifications: BLS, ACLS; NIHSS certification preferred. Experience with Epic charting system is required. Why ARMStaffing?
