We are seeking a Financial Advisor to join our team. Here at MassMutual SC, you will own your book of business, attract new clients, and nurture those client relationships. As a new team member, you will provide personalized investment solutions to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals. You will be able to trust in the fact that you are joining a rapidly-growing company in which you will have the unique ability to greatly impact our future trajectory. What's In It For You

* Cultivate client relationships
* Advise clients on investment strategies, aligning with their financial goals and risk tolerance.
* Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to recommend suitable solutions based on client needs.
* Communicate effectively with clients to build long-lasting relationships
* Monitor financial market trends to ensure that the client's plans are effective.
* Complying with all industry rules and regulations, and with the company's policies. Desired Qualifications
* 1-3 years' experience as a Financial Advisor or similar role.
* Strong critical thinking skills and ability to solve complex problems.
* Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills.
* A Bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field. Nice-to-Haves
* Health and Life License (preferred but not required).
* Successful completion of FINRA Series 7 and 66 exams (preferred but not required).
* CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification
* Understanding and experience with financial planning software
* Proven track record of success in a sales role
* Experience with CRM software, ideally Salesforce.
* Passionate about providing excellent client service.
