BIM Specialist

The BIM CAD Specialist supports Facilities Operations through Revit-based authoring, maintenance, and quality control of QTS data center BIM assets in accordance with established BIM standards. This role is delivery-focused, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and operational readiness of facility asset data throughout the asset lifecycle.Reporting to Senior BIM Manager, the BIM Specialist will be part of a growing team responsible for updates and the maintenance of Revit models supporting facilities change management of Revit as the systems of record. The role partners with BIM leadership, facilities stakeholders, and integration teams to support standardization, data integrity, and long-term asset usability.
