Job Purpose: The Site Coordinator is responsible for coordination of daily administrative and office functions for an active construction site including site mobilization and staff onboarding needs. Essential Skills: Ensures site office operations remain organized, accurate, and responsive to project team needs. Independently manages routine operational needs while coordinating events and supporting mobilization readiness. Works closely with project teams, vendors, and leadership to maintain clear communication and effective coordination.
